The Fence Club is always looking out for potential charities to support and are extremely proud of our contributions to date. If you are a registered charity and would like to be considered for charitable support, please complete the form below.
As the fence Club receives request for donations, these requests are evaluated by the general purposes committee following the guidelines below
The Fence Club is pleased to support the following where possible:
Initiatives that assist disadvantaged children and their families, up to the age of 16.
Initiatives that support disabled children and their families, up to the age of 16.
Projects where the Fence Club can make a significant impact, even with relatively modest funding, particularly those involving improvements to environments that benefit children.
Applications from organisations based in the UK and Ireland. All requests must be submitted by, or on behalf of, a registered charity or recognised community organisation.
Recommendations from Fence Club members, subject to review and approval by the General Purposes Committee.
Donations to individuals (who are not registered charities) for specific life-enhancing needs, such as specialised equipment for a severely disabled child may be considered, subject to review by the General Purposes Committee.
The Fence Club does not support the following:
Organisations or charities focused on animal welfare.
Fundraising charities (i.e. charities that exist solely to raise funds for other causes).
Applications from organisations based outside the UK and Ireland.
Advertising in souvenir brochures (e.g. for charity events), or goodwill messages in similar publications.
Fundraising activities organised by groups such as Scouts, Guides, or playgroups, unless specifically supporting children with disabilities or disadvantage.
